About the owner

Bryant Keal, a North Philadelphia native, began his career in banking at a local credit union. While working in finance, he developed a heart for seeing his neighborhoods thrive. He recognized that clean streets and well maintained spaces could transform communities and that hiring and developing the next generation while fostering a culture of hard work was a vital part of that mission. Motivated by this vision, he left banking to create Urbanity Development Services, a business dedicated to beautifying neighborhoods and driving local development.
